Four Survival Fantasies

Some insights sharing my opinions regarding with phobia to mingle around people whether from the middle class to the elites during functions or parties.

There's 4 survival fantasies that caught my attention using it to overcome minglephobic syptoms:

1) The Naked Room " Just pretend everyone is naked, only your NOT? " How does it sounds? Sounds fun isn't it? Yet sounds scary? NAKED? You ask me to see myself naked? I personally feel that this is a technique fun to explore but if it turns out sour,I'm going to be sulking the moment for gettng myself into a bigger mess. Don't you think so?

Oh well..This is usually a remedy used by minglephobic ppl but DON'T misused it!

2) The Invisible Man "Assuming nobody is looking at you, instead just focussing on how they actually look infront of you is more important to them." It's a great start to get yourself familiarize to get to know ppl in parties by just being ignorant to ppl around you then slowly eve drop in a group on-going conversation you've been attracted to and eventually join in their circle by providing relevant ideas of the common topic.Otherwise, you got a choice to pull out from the current group and go hopping. But beware,If you do so your downfall is people is going to realized that your not serious in engaging into any talks but rather a platonic transaction.

3) The Buddy System "Visualizing your imagineary friend that you used to be always calling him or her together for company to social parties." Don't get trick by the admonitions attached,if not you'll get carried away speaking to your imaginery friend instead of getting to know people out there as well not letting ppl get the wrong idea of you being 'physchotic' talking to the unknown.

4) The Lucky Star "A reverse technique of being the Invisible Man.Which means get yourself noticed!By being someone not yourself to fit in the crowd before diverging from there." From Paris hilton to Lindsay Lohan to even who's David Lettermen? Playing the role of someone else might be a good start but perhaps not indulging to that personality which might bring more problems
as you goes on in your social circle.

I wonder if we really use this techniques during particular events what will happen? Intrique by the idea of trying it. If you guys do try out on this techniques,do feel free to drop by a feedback. Would be really curious to know whether overall its a good or bad outcome. Happy Trying ppl!
