How do I kill boredom?
Its rather a common question,YET everyone is still caught in this trapt of its own struggling in the boredom stigma.Letting the mind idle focussing on boredom,just asking for more Boredom instead which supplements perfectly to the Rules of...The Law of Attraction! Here are some tips that helps me cope by If I rather felt trapt in my own boredom created through my thoughts.

1 ) PICK A BOOK TO READ
You might think its bored if your not a book lover of bookworm! guess what?
Books are universal as topics are so broad listed from A-Z? Common don't tell me not even 1 book
won't draw your attention to it? Or plainly an excuse I don't have TIME,when you just said your darn
BORED! Just a bit for relaxation,entertainment of fantasy,better foremost KNOWLEGE gained!
2 ) SPORTS AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES
Lots of it! Canoing.. Kayaking.. Junggle Tracking.. Badminton... Some do not even require you to
spend yet you can enjoy the benifit of exercising as well as leisure something free from stress!
3) ATTEND WORKSHOP
Motivational workshops? Dance Workshop? Financial literacy seminars? Self-developement
courses? Group discusssion of specific self interest? Join Toastmaster. The long list goes on and on..
4) GET STARTED ON YOUR HOBBIES this is the BEST ever time!
5) TAKE ON SOMETHING NEW!
